Just came back from class not too long ago! Not entirely tired, but still i'm turning in soon.. Tml's another working day. It was supposed to be by last day tml, BY RIGHT.. However, due to the inefficiency of this fucked up company, they haben give me my last offical date yet. Omg~ I feel so disgusted in this company even though I'm leaving.. And i think i still have 1 or 2 days of leave left for me to clear. I'm going to fight til the end!!!!! Pissed...!!!! And today i checked with HR whether i'm paid extra for coming back at 10.30pm after class last mth for a last minute case, because til now i have not received any pay slip for last mth (-__-!!!). She said yes and ask me to check my bank account. I've just checked and there's NO EXTRA lor!!!! KNS. Cheat my money~~~!!!!!!

Seriously speaking, this is one of the most disorganized company i've came across. Well, you could argue that this is still a new company, and everything is not in place yet. However, all i could conclude is that they shouldn't even set up a company when the management is not stable at all.. Turnover rates are high not only among staff, but also among management staff. Welfare is bad, and benefits are unfair to different level of staff...

Frankly speaking, I felt all management staff should study Sociology and Organizational Behavior before managing staff. Alright... Whatever. Enough of ranting.. ZZZ... I'm just so glad that i'm leaving this downright fucked up company.

I went to sign offer letter today with Wee! Starting work in 17th Nov.. Anticipating the break in btw my last day here and the commencement of my new job. I'm so glad that its a 5-day job, higher pay, and i'm able to work with my frens!~
